TWO SCHEDULES RATIFIED

PROVISION FOR 'EIGHT INDOOR TRACK MEETS.--MANAGERS APPOINTED.

Two schedules, those of the indoor track team and the second University hockey team were approved at the meeting of the Athletic Committee last evening. The schedule of the indoor track team is as follows:

January 24.--Coast Artillery Meet.

January 31.--Irish American A. C. Meet.

February 7.--B. A. A. Meet.

February 20.--Winter Carnival.

February 22.--R. I. Artillery Meet in Providence.

February 28.--New England Championships.

March 7.--Relay Carnival, in New York.

April 10.--Pennsylvania Relay Carnival in Philadelphia.

The dates of the hockey games are:

January 21.--St. Mark's, at Southboro.

January 24.--Lowell Textile, at Cambridge.

February 4.--Middlesex, at Concord.

February 11.--Andover, at Andover.

February 21.--Exeter, at Exeter.

In addition, the Athletic Committee approved the appointments of Lawrence Manuel Lombard '17, of Winchester, and Charles Gray Little '17, of Newburyport, as manager and assistant manager of the Freshman track team.

The appointment of H. E. Reeves '12, who caught on the University nine two years ago and coached last year's successful Freshman team, as coach of the 1917 baseball team was also approved by the committee.
