FIRST OF UNIVERSITY TEAS

The first of this year's series of University teas will be held in the Parlor of Phillips Brooks House this afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock. All members of the University will be most cordially welcome at these occasions, which will come weekly throughout December, January and February.

At the tea this afternoon the following members of the Faculty and their wives will be present: President and Mrs. Lowell; Dean and Mrs. B. S. Hurlbut; Professor and Mrs. Kirsopp Lake; Professor and Mrs. B. M. Anderson; Professor and Mrs. E. Wambaugh; Professor and Mrs. R. F. A. Hoernle; Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Cram; Dean H. A. Yeoman; and the Rev. C. W. Gilkey '03.

The purpose of these teas is to establish more cordial relationships between members of the University and the University officers and their wives. To accomplish this end, members of the college and the graduate schools will act as ushers, and a committee of the wives of the Faculty will receive. The Student Council wishes to call the attention of all members of the University to this opportunity to come in contact with those most prominent and most interested in the affairs of the College and graduate schools.
