Members of the class of 1918 desiring to become associated with the managerial end of the football team are requested to report at the Locker Building at 1.30 o'clock. This competition should attract an unusually large number of candidates as there are more than the two positions of manager and assistant manager of the eleven to be filled. In addition, two managers will be appointed for each of the dormitory teams. On or about October 24, the leading candidates only will be retained, and these men will be appointed to the various positions; the two leading competitors being made manager and assistant manager of the regular 1918 eleven.
The duties will consist mainly of office and field work, and as the final selection is based largely on actual work done rather than on mere knowledge of the requirements, no experience is at all necessary.
