Coach Burgess took charge of the University association football team yesterday for the first time this year. Two half-hour periods were played between teams A and B, and the first team won by a score of three goals to one.

The Freshman squad has increased from six, which was the number that turned out the first day, to 22. The 1920 team is fast rounding into form, and a coach will be appointed the latter part of the week. Their first game will be played at Andover on October 25.
