No. 9.

1. Upon the recommendation of the Regimental Committee, and under the provisions of paragraphs 5 and 13--"Regulations for the Government of the Harvard Regiment"--the following members are dropped from the rolls of the Regiment, they having been absent, without acceptable excuses, from four or more prescribed drills and other formations:

The attention of all members of the Regiment is called to the following changes in the Schedule of Training, commencing May 1, 1916:

Mondays: Companies A and B assemble at 7.15, at Persis Smith Hall. Time alloted for drill, 2 hours.

Tuesdays: Companies C and D assemble at 7.15, at Persis Smith Hall. Time alloted for drill, 2 hours.

Wednesdays: Companies E and F assemble at 7.15, at Persis Smith Hall. Time alloted for drill, 2 hours.

Thursdays: Company G assembles at 2, at Persis Smith Hall. Time alloted for drill, 2 hours. Company H assembles at 7.15, at Persis Smith Hall. Time alloted for drill, 2 hours.

Companies E, F, G and H only (2nd Battalion) will assemble on Tuesday afternoons at 5.10, and Companies A, B, C and D only (1st Battalion) on Friday afternoons at 5.10. Time alloted for each battalion drill, 50 minutes. The companies will assemble for battalion drill on the roadway east of James Smith Hall.

The first practice on the target range at Wakefield, Mass., will take place on Wednesday, May 3, in lieu of Monday, May 1. Thereafter, practice will be held each Monday afternoon.

Men should report to Lieutenant Edwards, U.S.A., at the Bay State Rifle Range, Wakefield, by 1.30 o'clock.

Individuals will assemble in Persis Smith Hall for voluntary preliminary instruction in sighting drills for the rifle from 10 until 12 o'clock and from 1.30 until 3 o'clock, under the supervision of Sergeants Bryan and Gavigan, U.S.A.

Provisional companies will assemble on Soldiers Field for voluntary drill with arms from 3 until 5 o'clock, under the supervision of the Assistant Instructors and Company Officers.

Companies A and B will assemble in Persis Smith Hall for drill with arms at 7.15, under the supervision of the Regimental Commander. C. CORDIER,   Captain, U. S. Army,   Commanding.
