Western Conference athletes are following the lead of the Intercollegiate Association of Amateur Athletes of America in announcing an indoor relay carnival, to be held under the auspices of the Athletic Association of the University of Illinois at Urbana, Ill., on March 3. This is the same date selected by the I. C. A. A. A. A. for its third annual indoor meeting, which this year will take place at Philadelphia.
