LAW STUDENT SMOKERS PLANNED

Third Year Men to Meet March 16; First Year Class April 9.

The committees which will have charge of the smokers for the first and third year classes of the Law School have been announced. March 16 is the date set for the third year smoker, while the first year students plan to meet on April 9. Both smokers are to be held in the Living Room of the Union.

An elaborate and extensive program has been arranged for March 16. Features will be skits on amusing incidents between professors in the Law School. The third number of "The Law Review," a humorous imitation of the Harvard Law Review, is being prepared; and a special Law School quartet will sing original parodies on legal subjects. W. H. Shepardson 3L will be master of ceremonies. Beer, pretzels, sandwiches and cheese will be served.

The committee in charge of the third year smoker follows: Bruce Ditmas Bromley, of Pontiac, Mich., chairman; Arthur Ellicott Case, of Trenton, N. J.; Franklin Gerard Davidson, of Crawfordsville, Ind.; Charles Franklin Ely, of West field; Shackelford Miller Jr. of Louisville, Ky.; and Vaughn Miller, of Chatanooga, Tenn.

The committee in charge of the first year smoker is as follows; James Abram Garfield, of West Mentor, Ohio, chairman; James Bur Angell, of Detroit, Mich.; Gerald Courtney '16, of Boston; Edward Augustus LeRoy, Jr., '16, of Bernardsville, N. J.; and Chard Powers Smith of Waterown, N. Y.
