Owing to the shortage of coal, which has occasioned the closing of the Locker Building, the opening of the informal and Freshman crew season has been definitely postponed until Monday, March 4. It is expected that by that time the fuel situation will have so changed as to warrant the opening of the Newell Boathouse and the inauguration of the annual spring work.
