Application blanks for the re-engaging of rooms in the University dormitories for the college year 1918-19 have been sent out by the Bursar's Office. All men in College who wish to have the same rooms next year must return the blanks to the Bursar in the Varsity Club before Saturday, March 30.
On the basis of information received through the blanks, a list of the available rooms for 1918-19 will be compiled and given out, probably on April 5. From that day on applications for these suites may be made. The final allotment will take place this year on May 2.
Special leeway is to be given men who leave College to enter the service. They will not be held accountable for their rooms any longer than they occupy them. If a man engages a room and leaves for war service during the summer, his entire responsibility for it ceases. If he was rooming with someone else at the time, the other man will have the option to choose a new roommate.
The application for suites this spring does not apply to the Senior Dormitories, in which rooms were alloted to members of the class of 1919 on January 21 last.
