SEND OUT FINAL BLANKS FOR SUMMER CAMP TODAY

ALL MEN MUST BE FIT

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Final enrolment blanks, blanks for physical examinations and $50 bonds to be assumed by prospective members of the Summer Camp at the University will today be sent to all men who have applied for admission to the Corps. The enrolment blanks should be filled out and returned as soon as possible to the Military Office, but the surgeon's certificate and the bond may be brought by the candidate when he reports in person. Government requirements that men accepted for training in R. O. T. C.'s should be fit for military service necessitate the physical examination, while the bond is necessary to safeguard the University property used by the cadets in training. The blank follows:

2. I agree to subject myself to such rules, regulations and discipline, in accordance with the regulations for the government of the Army of the United States, as may be duly imposed. If I fail to comply with these requirements I realize that upon proper military investigation, I may be dropped from the corps and the fact thereof duly published in orders.

I was born on the ..... day of .............., and I am an American citizen by birth. ...................   (Signature).
