Prof. Lord '06 to Visit Poland

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Professor Robert Howard Lord '06, the American Peace Commission's expert on Russia and Poland, was appointed one of the two American members of the commission created by the Peace Conference to visit Poland. He will leave next week to commence his investigations. The other American member is Major-General Francis J. Kernan.

The commission for Poland is one of the most important of those appointed by the Allied Peace Conference, and its recommendations in regard to that country are likely to be adopted without question by the Peace Commissioners at Versailles.

Professor Lord has been connected with the University several years.
