New York Alumni Lead Boston District By $175,000,--Boston Goal $5,000,000.

The workers in the Endowment Fund campaign have now obtained more than one-third of the sum set at the start; $5,396,000 had been collected yesterday evening in the $15,250,000 drive.

New York alumni are leading the Boston graduates by approximately $175,000, but, in spite of this, the University men in Boston are confident of reaching their goal of $5,000,000.

The reports from the various districts yesterday was as follows: Greater New York,  $2,225,000 Greater Boston,  2,050,717 Scattering,  1,120,283 Total  $5,120,000
