PRACTICE SWIMMING FROM 7 TO 8

Management Announces Changes in Time for Natators to Report.

The hours of practice for the University swimmers have had to be changed from 5 to 6 in the afternoon on Mondays and Fridays to 7 to 8 in the evenings of the same days. On Wednesdays the hours remain the same, from 4 until 5 P. M. This change was made necessary by the fact that Coach Sutherland takes charge of the M. I. T. natators at the former hours.

All practice for the University swimmers takes place under Coach Sutherland in the Boston Y. M. C. A. Every man who has any interest in swimming is urged to come out as soon as possible for the team, because in a few days a tentative squad will be picked, which will continue to hold regular practice after the Christmas vacation. Intensive practice will then be inaugurated in preparation for the first meet, which is planned for a date in the middle of January.

Until a squad of Freshmen to form the 1923 team has been picked from the 25 men who are reporting daily the entire squad will continue their practice under Mr. Henry Elpert at the Big Tree Swimming Pool. After Christmas the tentative 1923 squad will be under the guidance of Coach Sutherland.
