The final meeting of the Freshman Debating Society will be held in Peabody Hall, Phillips Brooks House, at 7.30 o'clock this evening. The finals of the Freshman Debating Tournament will take place at that time. S. A. Rosenblatt '22 and B. H. Kuhns '22, affirmative, will speak against H. W. Hardy '22 and J. E. Lumbard '22, negative, on "Resolved that a City Manager Plan of Municipal Government be Adopted in New England Cities. Open discussion will follow the debate. All members of the University invited to attend.
