Discuss $100 Bonus at Hearing

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A public hearing on the bill now pending in the legislature concerning a $100 bonus for discharged Massachusetts soldiers will be held in the Senate Chamber at the State House at 11 o'clock this morning. The difficulty in question is the fact that men who served in the S. A. T. C. are not included in the bill in its present form. Undergraduates of the Undergraduates of the University or any others who were members of the S. A. T. C. will be given an opportunity to protest at this hearing. Opponents of the bill have asserted that it discriminates unjustly against the S. A. T. C. classing the members thereof as slackers.
