A University Committee on Foreign Students, under the leadership of Mr. Matthew Luce, regent, has been appointed to act as an advisory body to all foreign students in the University. This committee, which is an innovation this fall, contains Faculty and student representatives assigned to each of the national groups. The head of each group is to act as special adviser to all students of the nations which he represents. This committee has been organized as a result of the efforts of Phillips Brooks House to assist foreign members of the University.
