Council Advocates "Date Book"

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At the meeting of the Student Council held last night, it was decided to put a "Date Book" at the desk at the Union in which it is strongly urged that all organizations register meetings and other events which might conflict with any other activities. It is hoped by this method to avoid such conflicts as occurred last year between the "East vs. West" Debate, the Senior Picnic and the Freshman Musical Clubs on May 21. Although registration is not compulsory, it is hoped that all organizations will realize that it is to their benefit to register their events, and, in case of conflict, preference will be given to the event first registered.
