C. W. Phelps Unc. was awarded the medal presented by Baron De Courbertin at the Pasture Debated held in the John Knowles Paine Hall last night. Phelps spoke for the affirmative on the following subject: "Resolved that France and Belgium should be reimbursed for all actual destruction of property during the war, by an inter-allied loan, to be repaid form German indemnities."
