BOXERS AND WRESTLERS HOLD TOURNAMENTS AT 8

In Brattle Hall tonight at 8 o'clock the final bouts in all classes of both the boxing and wrestling tournaments will be held. The preliminary bouts which were just finished Tuesday have determined the men who will battle for the University championships at the annual Carnival tonight. The judges will be Dr. Paul Withington '09, "Pooch" Donovan and Mr. Kelly of the Department of Physical Training. Larry Conley, University boxing instructor, will act as referee while Mr. Geer, Director of Physical Training, will be timekeeper. Sam Anderson, University wrestling coach, will referee the wrestling matches.

An exciting bout is expected in the 125-lb. class, when B. B. Corson, Occ., Captain of the University wrestling team, meets H. E. Browne, 1L, former Pacific Coast champion. Corson has four falls to his credit this year, and is expected to give his veteran opponent a stiff fight.

The following will struggle for honors in the boxing bouts: 115 lb. class--F. J. Fox '22 vs. A. Divicq Unc.; 125-lb. class--D. Treanor '23 vs. H. J. Freedman '23; 135-lb. class, G. Connelly '21 vs. J. O. Stubbs '21; 145-1b. class--A. Gagliolo Unc. vs. J. K. McLeod 1G; 150 lb. class--E. D. Weatherhead '22 vs. G. L. Wrenn '20; 175-lb. class--W. K. Clark Unc. vs. P. D. Steele '20. R. M. Sedgwick '21 will meet W. C. Bent 1 G. B. in heavyweight class.
