Professor C. N. Greenough '98 and F. L. Atlen '12 have been elected president and vice-president respectively of the Memorial Society. W. C. Lane '81 was elected to fill the position left vacant by Mr. Allen on the council. At this meeting the society changed its constitution so that instead of 40 members elected from each class, 14 in 11 be elected. The amendment reads: "A reduction in the number of members to be taken in from each class is made from 10 to 14. Seven men to be elected at the end of the Sophomore year and seven during the Junior year."
The men to be taken in from the present Sophomore class are: J. Algor Jr., Myles P. Baker, N. Choate, R. Chute, C. R. Duane, M. Gratwick, G. V. S. Smith.
