The season of the University squash racquets team will open formally on Monday, When a squad of 15 men will be picked. The competition for the second assistant managership will also start.
Trial matches have been played during the week to determine the ability of the men who are trying for the squad. These matches will continue through Monday, and their results will decide the men who will be picked. Additional candidates may, by leaving their names with G. L. Paine Jr. '22 at Holworthy 10, be assigned to special trial matches.
The second assistant managership competition will start at 7 o'clock Monday evening with a meeting in Holworthy 10. The winner of the six weeks competition will become assistant manager, and in his Senior year will be given his "racquets team" letter, Sophomores only are eligible to compete.
