NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In accordance with a recommendation of the Student Council, the Athletic Committee has decided to adopt a new system of awards of insignia for cross-country, by which the scoring members of the teams which run in the Yale and Intercollegiate meets will receive a "c H c". Until now there has, been no team award in cross-country. A track "H" has been given to men who have finished third or better in the dual cross-country run with Yale, or seventh or better in the Intercollegiate cross-country run. Under the new system, however, all men who are not eligible to the track "H" award will be given a "c H c" if they are among the first five members of the team to finish in the Yale or Intercollegiate meets.
