Competition for positions in the business, writing, and drawing departments of the Lampoon Board will start this evening at meetings in the Lampoon Building, candidates for the business and writing departments at 7, and those for the drawing end at 7.30 o'clock. All Freshmen and Sophomores are eligible for this competition, and Juniors may be included by making special arrangements this evening. This is the first chance for 1924 men to work for the Lampoon. In the former competitions from the class of 1923 the number of drawing and writing candidates has been unusually small, and this will be an excellent opportunity for men with ability.
The length of the business competition will be eight or ten weeks, but in the other two departments, success will depend upon credit received.
