Men to Run in the American Legion Games Picked

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Preliminary trials for the University medley relay team which is to run in the Guaranty Games on Saturday were held yesterday afternoon, and the final trials will be held this afternoon, after which the men who are to run will be picked. The team, which is composed of a 220-yard man, a 440-yard man, a half-miler, and a one-mile runner, will run against similar teams from Princeton and Columbia, and probably Yale and Iowa State.

The entries for the American Legion games on February 22 closed last Saturday.

It is the intention of Coach Bingham to enter as many men as possible from both the University and 1924 squads, in order to give all the men who are not running in the meets this Saturday or in the triangular meet a chance to get some racing experience.
