Today the University rifle team will shoot two prone matches, one with Cornell and one with Carnegie Tech. The match with Cornell will be the fourth in the National Rifle Association tournament and so the scoring will be an a 500 point basis, while the Carnegie Tech is an outside match and will be on a 1000 point basic. Ten men shoot in each, but in the former only the five highest scores are counted, while all ten scores count in the latter.
The next match for the University team will be next Friday with Columbia while the 1924 marksmen will shoot against the High School of Commerce on Tuesday.
