The University second hockey team will face the Browne and Nichols septet this afternoon at 8 o'clock on the Charlesbank Rinks. Handicapped by lack of any practice this week the scrubs will have a harder time of it than under ordinary conditions, facing a team which has had practically an unbroken string of victories this season.

Since the Browne and Nichols team lost to the Freshmen by a score of 8-2 two weeks ago, it has defeated St. Marks Country Day. Noble and Greenough, and Roxbury Latin, blanking all of them except Noble and Greenough and wining the day school championship by defeating Roxbury yesterday afternoon. In Dwight and Cordingly, Browne and Nichols has a pair of forwards who showed up well against the 1924 team while Bradford at goal has held his opponents to a very small number of goals.
