In the first challenge match of the Business School Ranking Tourney on Saturday, R. R. Thompson 2G.B. defeated O. M. Root 2G.B. 5-8, 6-3, 6-3.

The following matches should be played today at the hours named, or some arrangement made with the Tennis Committee by which they shall be played before Tuesday night; otherwise the matches will be defaulted.
