In a game full of speed an excellent playing the University soccer team tied M. I. T. yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field 1-1. Both sides showed exceptional teamwork when they had the ball in their possession but lacked the strength to score a win.

Ten minutes after the second half had begun Byington carried the ball up the side of the field and succeeded in scoring on an exceedingly difficult corner shot. Soon after Souza replied with a goal from scrimmage.
