PRINCETON, N. J., November 9, 1922.--Princeton undergraduates gave their team an enthusiastic send-off at a mass-meeting tonight at which Captain Dickenson spoke. The hall was filled to overflowing and, following cheers for each member of the team and the coaching staff, songs were practised.

Coach Roper expressed great confidence in his eleven and said that it was a fighting Tiger eleven that would invade Soldiers Field on Saturday. President Hibben paid tribute to the playing of Princeton in the Chicago game and said that he did not believe Harvard stronger than the Westerners and if the Tiger eleven could defeat Chicago, they can beat Harvard.

Today's work-out consisted of light signal drill, and punting and passing drill. The team left Princeton after the mass-meeting to take the train from New York.
