GIVES DEFINITE CRIMSON LINE-UP

Last night on the eve of the great struggle between the University and Princeton this afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Stadium, Coach Fisher announced his definite line-up but Coach Roper was still in doubt in regard to one or more positions on the Tiger eleven.

The Princeton position still most uncertain is that of right guard. Snively, the most experienced and capable of the Tiger linesmen, has filled the position throughout the season, but he received a severe injury two weeks ago in the Chicago game and may not be considered fit to start this afternoon. In that case Howard will take his place. Coach Roper announced that Gorman, the injured Tiger quarterback who is slated as the most capable pilot on the Princeton squad, will not be used unless absolutely necessary in order to save him for the Princeton-Yale game next week.

Will Use University Substitutes

Although the make-up of the starting Crimson eleven has been definitely determined, it is also certain that Coach Fisher will use numerous substitutes regardless of whether forced to by injuries or not. Hartley and Gordon will be used on the wings to relieve Holder and Jenkins and Greenough will relieve Dunker at tackle. Kernan is certain to replace Clark for part of the game and Kunhardt may be sent in at guard.

Just what position Fitts will fill if sent into the game has not been given out by the Crimson coaches. He will either be sent into the backfield to relieve Gehrke of the punting responsibility or to one of the ends to assist chiefly on the receiving end of a forward pass attack. Churchill, Hammond, Fullbright, and Spalding are the most likely backfield substitutes.

Princeton today is expected to base the strength of its attack chiefly on deception, using the aerial attack frequently. Cleaves will do the passing unless Snively is in the line-up, in which case the latter veteran will do the tossing while Cleaves is likely to be on the receiving end.

The Princeton squad held a long work-out in the Stadium yesterday morning which consisted entirely of kicking practice and signal drill. They spent the night at the Belmont Country Club
