After a competition lasting eight weeks William Scott Blanchard '25 of Concord has been appointed second assistant manager of the University crew, and Raulet Miner of Rochester, New York, manager of the 150-pound crew of the University. These awards are subject to the approval of the Athletic Committee and the Student Council.
