INJURIES CRIPPLE SOCCER TEAM

After the hard struggle of last Saturday with Cornell, the University soccer men had only a short practice, Coach Welch laying special emphasis on footwork and passing.

The line-up will be severely weakened in the Princeton game on Saturday by the absence of Greenidge at left fullback and Lamont at inside left. The former, with his broken wrist, will be unable to play for the rest of the season. Lamont's ankle is in bad shape and has been put in a cast, but he should be able to participate within two weeks. Pattison or Sullivan will probably take Greenidge's place, and Mersereau or Pringle can substitute for Lamont. Both Dorman and Byington were at practice yesterday and seemed in fair shape, considering their casualties of last week.
