PLANS FOR SUMMER SCHOOL

Committee Announces That Work Will Last From July 10 to August 19--Many Course Offered

The preliminary plans of the University Summer School, which will extend this year from July 10 to August 19, have been announced by the committee in charge.

Men who have a B average in their work for this year, or those who obtain special permission from the Dean of the University, may take two courses in the Summer School which will count as one full course toward an A. B. or S. B. degree. All other men may obtain only one-half course credit toward the above degrees.

Courses will be offered in Anthropology, Architecture, Astronomy, Botany, Chemistry, Economics, Education, Engineering Sciences, English, Fine Arts, French, Geology, German, Government, Greek, History, Horticulture, Italian, Latin, Mathematics, medical Sciences, Music, Philosophy, Physical Education, Physics, Psychology, Public Speaking, Social Ethics, and Spanish.

Standish, Gore, and Smith Halls will be used. Board and rooms will be furnished at a low rate.

A detailed announcement of courses, rate, etc., will be made by the director in charge on April 1.
