Haydock Trophy Awarded for First Time This Spring

H. R. Davis '23 was awarded last night the George Guest Haydock Memorial Cup for the best improvement in pole-vaulting by the Track Advisory Committee.

The cup, which was awarded for the first time, will be presented annually to the pole vaniter "showing the best improvement as a result of hard work, perseverance enthusiasm, and courageous spirit quallies so characteristic of Haydock". Davis will be the holder of the trophy until next spring, when the Advisory Committee will re-award it.
