Trials for Debating Team

Trials for the University debating team, which will meet Oxford on October 9, will be held Wednesday evening at 7.30 in Harvard 6. Candidates will be expected to make five minute speeches on the negative side of the resolution that the United States should join the League of Nations. Two men will be picked as a result of the trials on Wednesday and together with the four men already chosen will form the six-man team from which the three actual speakers for October 9th will be picked.
