The Oxford debaters will meet the Yale team tonight in Sprague Hall, New Haven, Conn., to argue "The Occupation of the Ruhr", the same question used Monday night when the Englishmen overwhelmed the University debating team in Symphony Hall. A novel feature of the debate is that each team will exchange one man.
