Professor Manley O. Hudson '10 has been appointed to the Bemis Professorship of International Law, it was announced yesterday. This chair has been held in the past by Professor Edward Henry Strobel '77, adviser to the Siamese government from 1903 until 1907, and by Professor Jens I. Westengard '98, who died in 1918.
Profesor Hudson was attached to the international law division of the American Commission to Negotiate Peace in Paris at the close of the World War.
