PICK CRIMSON DELEGATE FOR COLLEGE CONFERENCE

P. H. Robb '25 Will Represent University in Philadelphia at Biennial College Meeting, April 26 to 28

The appointment of Philip Hunter Robb '25 of Winchester to represent the University at the Intercollegiate Conference on Student Government on April 26, 27 and 28 to be held at the University of Pennsylvania was announced last night. The University will also be unofficially represented by Vinton Chapin '28, J. W. Burke '23, and C. V. Chandler '23, who will go down with the track team to take part in the Pennsylvania Relay Carnival.

The last conference was held at M. I. T. in 1921 when 134 delegates were present representing 42 colleges or universities. The conferences are held biennially to discuss common problems on student Government, atheltics, publications, and dramatic and musical clubs. The following colleges will probably be represented this year: Amherst, Boston University, Bowdoin, Brown, University of Chicago, Cornell, Columbia, Carnegie, Dartmouth, Haverford, Illinois, Iowa, Lafayette, Lehigh, Maine, Mass. Agricultural College, M. I. T., Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire State, Ohio State, Pennsylvania, Penn State, Pittsburg, Princeton, Purdue, Rochester, Stevens, Tennessee, Trinity, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Lee, Washington and Jefferson, Wesleyan, West Virginia, Williams, Wisconsin, and Yale.

The University of Pennsylvania will be the host of the delegates, who will be invited to attend the Sophomore prom on Friday evening, April 27, in addition to the Relay Carnival on Friday and Saturday. A special performance of the Mask and Wighshow will also be given, and the delegates will witness the triangular crew race between Princeton, Columbia, and Cornell, in the Childs Cup Race.
