NEW HAVEN, CONN., April 24.--In the annual Senior Class balloting held here today the class voted Ellery S. Husted '23 of Peekskill, N. Y., as doing most for Yale. The class also signified by the ballot that election to Phi Beta Kappa was the greatest honor that an undergraduate could attain and that Harvard was the second best college in the country.

The Student Council voted to extend its control so as to include the honor system and also administration and disciplinary functions working in conjunction with the Faculty Rules Committee.

Charles M. Spoffard '24 of Evanston, Ill., was unanimously elected leader of the glee club for the coming year.
