The University Business School tennis team fought to a 3-3 tie with the Dartmouth squad last Saturday afternoon at Hanover, New Hampshire. Bundy won the only singles match for the University when he defeated Osgood of Dartmouth 6-4, 8-6. The Crimson players, however, won both of the doubles. Only four singles and two doubles were scheduled, the Business School sending a four man team.
The results of Saturday's match follow:
Singles.--Howe defeated Herndon 2G.B., 6-2, 6-1; Bundy 2G.B. defeated Osgood, 6-4, 8-6; Smith defeated Bradley 1G.B., 6-2, 6-8, 6-3; Gray defeated Stevens 2G.B., 6-3, 6-4.
Doubles.--Herndon and Bundy defeated Howe and Osgood, 6-4, 2-6, 6-4; Bradley and Stevens defeated Smith and Gray, 6-3, 6-3.
