H. A. A. Prophesies Capacity Crowd--Opening Game Figures Break Record

A full house at the Stadium on October 18 was the prophecy last night at the H. A. A. when applications for tickets to the Harvard-Holy Cross game then ended. Judging from the applications already received both from the Harvard and the Holy Cross supporters, Mr. C. F. Getchell, in charge of ticket sales, predicts a capacity crowd of 43,000 for the game. Although last night was the date on which applications formally closed, it is still possible to apply for tickets, but the early applications will be filled in preference to the late ones.

Statistics for the Harvard-Virginia game in the Stadium last Saturday show that a record crowd attended Harvard's opener. Over 22,000 were is the Stadium, record for an opening game in Cambridge.
