1927 BOXING TRIALS COMPLETED

All Classes Will be Represented in Final Bouts Tomorrow

Trials for the Freshman interdormitory boxing tournament, held yesterday afternoon in Hemenway Gymnasium, resulted in a victory for L. Coolidge of Standish over H. S. Mills, also of Standish, in the 160 pound class. Coolidge was the aggressor throughout the bout, and displayed excellent ring generalship.

Other bouts resulted in a victory by M. W. Hatch over M. O. Smyth, both from Gore, in the 125 pound class; R. R. Johnson over Stewart Ayres, both from Gore, in the 160 pound class; J. H. Whitfield; from Gore, over J. O. Potter, also of Gore, in the 147 pound class, and J. C. Hinckle of Smith over G. Higginson of Standish, in the 147 pound class.

Although a comparatively few number of men showed up for the trials yesterday afternoon, the management has announced that representatives in every class from each of the three dormitories will be present for the final bouts tomorrow night.
