The University polo team lost its first game in the Boston Indoor Polo League Saturday night when the 110th Cavalry outfit rode to a 12 to 3 1-2 victory over the Crimson horsemen.

The University riders started off well when Captain Kent scored two goals in rapid succession and Stranahan followed with a third. The cavalry team soon got the range of the Crimson goal, however, and proceeded to bombard it with scores.

In an effort to give his substitute material experience before the game with West Point next Saturday, Coach Clark sent in his entire second team to start the fourth period. UNIVERSITY  110TH CAVALRY 1. Stranahan (Shaw)  Walsh 2. White (Tufts)  Mangini Back, Kent (Pinkerton)  Thayer
