Furniture for the Senior Yard dormitories will be provided by the University in time for occupancy next fall, it was announced last night. The rooms will be furnished next summer in the same fashion as those in the Freshman, Graduate and some of the Sophomore dormitories.
The furniture will consist of beds mattresses, study chairs and tables, easy chairs, bureaus, and dressing tables. This is the first time that the Senior rooms have been furnished by the University, which has provided furniture in other College dormitories for several years. This innovation has made a small change in the price lists, which can be obtained from the 1927 Dormitory Application Committee.
Together with the price lists, application blanks and general information for applicants to the Senior Yard dormitories will be given out at the Crimson Building today, tomorrow and Monday, by the 1927 Dormitory Applications Committee. Office hours will be held from 12.30 to 1.30 o'clock today, from 7 to 8 o'clock tomorrow, and at both hours on Monday, it was announced by J. R. Burke '27, Chairman of the committee. It has also been announced that Thayer Hall will be included as usual in the list of Senior dormitories.
