When the Winter track Carnival begins at 3.15 today, those runners who participated in the triangular meet will not be among the competitors, but all other men in the University are invited to enter. Liberal handicaps will be given and medals will be swarded for first, second, and third places. This is the last meet of the winter track season except for those men who will compete in the Intercollegiate meet in New York City on March 7.
Three special events will be included in the program, the manager's relay, the shetputter's and 36-pound weightmen's relay, and the Crimson-Lampoon relay.
