O'NEIL IS ELECTED FRESHMAN PRESIDENT

Has Slight Lead Over Saltonstall--Bell and Linscott Win With Something to Spare

As a result of the Freshman elections held yesterday. Albert Henry O'Neil of Jamaica Plain was chosen President; Dudley Bell of Waltham, Vice-President; and Daniel Bond Linscott of Woburn, Secretary-Treasurer of the classes of 1928.

The total of 612 votes was thrown, of which 578 were valid. This is well over the required 60 per cent of the class.

The results of the election were as follows: President A. H. O.Neil  842 W. G. Saltonstall  892 Total  1734 Number of ballots  578 Ballots cast out  34 Vice-President Dudley Bell  874 A. O.
