To the Editor of the CRIMSON:
We find that the headline "Three Minor Letters Equal to Straight 'H'" as well as the quoted statement "that any man receiving three minor sport 'H's' in three different sports be awarded a straight 'H'" has given rise to a misunderstanding of what is really intended by the Minor Sport Souncil. The phrase "Straight 'H'" should be corrected to read "Minor 'H'"; for the provision was passed that any man receiving three minor letters in different sports be awarded the Minor "B", which is quite different from the Straight or Varsity "H".
Will you make this matter clear so that there may be no misapprehension on this subject. J. F. W. Whitbeck '27. H. S. Woodbridge '27.
