SECONDS SINK COAST GUARD ELEVEN UNDER 40-0 SCORE

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Second football team ran rough-shod over the U. S. Coast Guard Academy eleven of New London, Conn., yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field, scoring six touch-downs and kicking four of the subsequent tries for goal to send the Coast Guard outfit home on the short end of a 40 to 0 score.

Moore and McGehee were the most potent factor in the triumph of the Crimson scrub outfit, each contributing two touchdowns, and rarely failing to make substantial gains through the Coast Guard line when they were given the ball.
