VERMONT UNIVERSITY TEAM WILL OPEN 1927 CAMPAIGN

The University of Vermont has been awarded the opening date on the Harvard football schedule next fall, according to an announcement made at the offices of the Athletic Association last night. The clash between the Crimson and Green Mountain elevens is set for October 1.

The second and third dates on the Crimson schedule are the ones still to be filled, Harvard meeting Dartmouth, Indiana, Princeton, Brown and Yale in the order named in the last five games.
