Canon Raven of Liverpool to Deliver Talks--Doctrine of the Holy Spirit Is Subject of English Cleric

The Rev. C. E. Raven, Canon Residentiary of Liverpool Cathedral and sometime Dean of Emanuel College, Cambridge, England, will deliver the William Belden Noble lectures for this year 1926-1927. These lectures will be delivered in Emerson J on Tuesday and Friday evenings in the first half of December.

Canon Raven has chosen as his subject. "The Dectrine of the Holy Spirit in the Light of Psychology and mysticism.

The titles of the individual lectures, with their dates, follow.

December 3 The Doctrine of the Holy Spirit in Relation to our knowledge of the Creative Process.

December 7 The Individual and the Personality.

December 10 The Group Mind.

December 14 The Emergence of Delay and the Mystic Experience.

December 17 The Spirit and the Fellowship of the Church.
